Overview
Close your eyes for a second. That's the sound of an engine firing up at the edge of the desert — and in about twenty minutes, that engine is yours to control. This is the ride that made Agadir famous on every travel forum worth reading: two hours of pure adrenaline as you carve across golden sand dunes and chase the coastline where the Sahara meets the Atlantic. At golden hour, the dunes turn molten amber and your photos will look like a movie set.
We know the question you're asking: "Is it safe? Are the machines decent?" Fair ones. At Agadir Berbère Expérience we run a small, carefully maintained fleet of factory-serviced quad bikes inspected before every ride. Our guides are true locals from the Souss-Massa region who have ridden these trails since childhood. You're a guest we're responsible for, not a number in a queue.
"I've done quad tours in three countries and this was the best-organised by far. Brand-new bike, a guide who genuinely cared about safety, and a sunset over the dunes that made our entire holiday. Worth every penny." — Sarah T., London, UK ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cultural Connection
Our basecamp sits at the gateway to the Kasbat Souss artisan complex, where generations of Amazigh craftsmen still work leather, wood and metal by hand. A quad ride here is more than an adrenaline hit — it's a doorway into the living Berber culture of the Souss-Massa region. After your ride, we'll point you toward the artisans' quarter, where a glass of mint tea and a hand-woven carpet are never far away.
Visit the historic Kasbat Souss artisan complex for authentic Amazigh crafts, mint tea, and local hospitality — right next to our basecamp.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a driving licence to ride a quad in Agadir? No — no licence or experience needed. Our quads are automatic and the terrain is forgiving. After a short briefing, most first-timers are carving their own tracks within ten minutes. Minimum age to drive solo: 18.
Is quad biking safe for beginners? Yes. You ride with an experienced local guide at your pace, every bike is serviced before each ride, and you're fully briefed on safety. Beginners get smooth valley trails; confident riders get the dune faces.
Can children ride a quad? Yes — kids aged 6 and up can ride as passengers with a parent at the controls. It's one of the most popular family activities we run. We'll always check the child is tall enough to grip the handlebars before the ride.
What happens if it rains? Riding happens in most conditions, but if the weather is unsafe we'll reschedule you free of charge or refund in full. We never compromise on safety.
